Who we are

Happy Pup Club is a dog walking and pet sitting service in Fleet, Hampshire, run by [LAUREN'S FULL NAME]. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the data controller. You can reach us at HappyPupClubfleet@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the join form we collect your name, mobile number, email address if you give it, postcode, and details about your dog: their name, breed, age, the membership you're interested in, and anything you tell us about them. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation.

When you become a member, we also collect your home address, an emergency contact, your vet's details, how we'll get into your home (we never store key safe or alarm codes), whether we can share photos of your dog, your agreement to our terms, and for each dog their gender, age, likes and anything we need to know to care for them.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a meet and greet. This is a step you've asked us to take before agreeing a service.
• If you become a member, to provide walks and sitting, keep in touch about bookings, and keep your dog safe. This is needed to deliver the service you've agreed to.
• Your emergency contact and vet details, so we can act quickly if something goes wrong on a walk or visit.
• With your permission, to share photos of your dog, including their member card, on our Instagram. You can change your mind at any time.

We never sell your details or use them for advertising, and we only contact you about Happy Pup Club.

Who else handles it

• Google stores form enquiries in a private Google Sheet and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs a check on the form to stop spam bots. That check looks at your browser, not your personal details. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for more.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries any messages you choose to send us there.

Only Happy Pup Club can open the enquiries sheet.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months unless you become a member. Members' details are kept while you're with us and for [PERIOD] afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser remembers the site's colour theme, which contains no personal details.
